Terms and Conditions for signing upat Study Space @ Virtus

Eligibility criteria:

1. Study space will be provided only to aspirant who is pursuing Chartered Accountancy (‘CA’) course. 2. Aspirant can be at any level of CA course. (Foundation/Inter/Final). Aspirant should mandatorily submit proof of pursuing CA course. 3. Study space seats are first come and first serve basis. First preference will be given to Virtus Academy students. 4. Terms and Conditions:

1. Mobiles/Smart devices/Tablet/iPad are not allowed in the Study space. You need to deposit mobile at the reception office before entering the study space. 2. Study space usage fees should be paid in advance and renewal of Subscriptions should be done before Due date. 3. No refund will be given at any circumstances. (Exemption: Security Deposits ) 4. Seats booked for an aspirant will not be transferred to another aspirant (even if they are relatives). 5. Renewal for the next month should be done on the last date of the validity period/month. (*Max 2 Grace days is allowed or Your Seats will be Transferred) 6. Study space can be blocked only for monthly basis. No day basis or weekly basis will be allowed. Part of the month will be considered as full month. 7. The batches/slots timings are all fixed and no change in batch hours will be permitted. Strictly follow your batch timings. 8. The management has the right to Discontinue any Aspirant who misuses the study hall, who spoils the study ambience and those who are disturbing the studies of another person/aspirant. The decision of the management will be final in this regard. No refund of fees will be paid in case of termination by the management. 9. Get a receipt for money paid. Keep the receipt safely for all future references. Receipt for Security deposit must be produced in Original for refund of security deposit. 10. Virtus Academy has every right to deny seats or disallow your Renewal/Subscription. 11. The timings of Air Conditioning will be strictly at the discretion of the Management. 12. The membership fee, registration charges and/ or Security Deposit amount is subject to any kind of alteration by the Management from time to time. 13. If you have any issues with our Staffs or Our services, Please feel free to mail to admin@virtusacademy.in 14. Management is not responsible for loss of any books/valuable stuff kept inside the study space. It shall be sole responsibility of the Aspirant to take of his/her belongings. 15. Study seats will be allocated by the Study space Head. Do not change the study space. 16. On signing up of Study space, first ID Card/Access Card will be provided free of cost. In case if ID card/Access Card is lost/stolen/misplaced/damaged for whatever reasons, then for the issue of duplicate ID Card, INR 200 will be charged. Aspirant will not be allowed to use the Study space without ID Card. Temporary ID card will be issued till the new ID card is printed.

Comfortable study chair with writing pad and book rack provided. 4. Two wheeler provided to students inside the premises. Four wheeler parking not permitted inside the premises. 5. Air Conditioned hall provided 6. Calm and noise free study atmosphere provided. 7. No disturbances while studying. 8. Reference books for all subjects and scanner/question book available for students for in classroom reference only. Not allowed to take to home. 9. Weekly report provided to parents about on student’s time in and time out. 10. One to one personal discussions with Chartered Accountants for any how to study or general assistance. (doubts solving on specific subjects is not possible). Only on pre-appointment basis. 11. General magazine and newspaper (Only Economic Times) available for students reference. 12. Discounts on video classes/test series provided. 13. Separate eating area/pantry area available for students 14. Study space incharge will monitor students behaviour for disciplined study by students. Any improper students will be removed. 15. Students should mandatorily record time in and time out in finger print machine. 16. Common landline given to parents to contact their ward in case of emergency. 17. RO purified drinking water provided to students. 18. Access to seminar or free counselling session conducted by Virtus Academy. 19. Minimum period of usage is 1 month. Day basis not permitted. 20. Maximum period of usage is 6 months.

What is not allowed in Study space:

1. Wifi connection is not provided. 2. Students should mandatorily surrender Mobile phone/tablets/electronic gadgets before entering to study space. Should be surrender to study space incharge in switched off condition. 3. No eating inside the study space (Even snacks not allowed) 4. No unwanted discussions or gossips relating to studies also is not permitted.

Do’s and Don’ts at Virtus Study space

Do's

1. Maintain absolute silence inside the study space; 2. Do not study aloud or discuss irrelevant information in the study space; 3. Bring ID card every day and produce it on demand by the staff; 4. Use the pantry area/outside area for discussions; 5. Use the dining space /pantry for eating foods and snacks; 6. Take permission of Study space Head, before taking any reference books and sign the register books issue register; 7. Before you enter the study space, should sign in the Aspirant register; 8. When you exit the study space, should sign out in the Aspirant register. 9. Please keep the study hall neat and tidy. 10. Use DUSTBIN for Garbage and Waste. 11. Turn off unnecessary lights, fans and A.C. 12. Use water efficiently and Save water.

Dont's:

1. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the study space. Any emergency calls, please use landline phone of office. 2. Don’t place the books on the study table. Use bookshelves and cupboards. 3. The management is not responsible for the loss of any of your belonging. Please take care of your Belongings. 4. Don’t block the seats by placing your materials. 5. Don’t walk in and walk out Often. Avoid using phones inside Virtus premises. 6. Don’t use management resources such as Computer, printers, internet connection, and others. 7. Car parking is not provided to Aspirant. Please park your four wheelers outside. Two wheelers can be parked inside the premises.

Additional Instructions:

1. Please Sign in and sign out the register on a daily basis. 2. Kindly use the seat which is allocated for you 3. Please Keep calm and Secure your Goals. 4. Please keep the study hall neat and tidy. 5.Kindly PARK your vehicles outside the premises. 6. Always Keep your devices in silent mode. 7. Don't speak on your phone inside the study space. 8. Please use the balcony for making calls and Discussion. 9. Use the cupboard available to keep your books. 10. Use DUSTBIN for Garbage and Waste. 11.you shouldn’t discuss inside the Reading Hall. 12. Having food inside the cubicle is not allowed. 13. You shouldn’t open the windows after 6 pm. 14. Make sure all windows are closed before switching on the A.C. 15. Turn off unnecessary lights, fans and A.C. 16. Use water efficiently and Save water. 17. The Management holds no responsibility for any belongings of the members; the members are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings. No personal belongings (books, Bags/sacks etc.) are allowed to be left/stacked in the study space. A fine of Rs.100/- will be levied each time such an act is committed by any member. 18. A fine of Rs.100/- will be charged to any member found not maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the premises. 19. The Management holds all the rights of altering/ modifying these terms and condition with or without any prior notice. 20. In case of any dispute, the management’s decision will be treated as final. Every member must follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
